GÖTEBORG: The Archipelago

#tbt
Today’s gloomy sky reminds me the whether of Gothenburg archipelago. ☁️☁️
It isn’t certainly the best whether to hike or for a swim, but I’m sure you can still enjoy it!
The archipelago is made up of twenty islands 🏝️ divided in the northern and the southern part. The amazing thing of the southern archipelago is that it’s completely car free so anyone can enjoy, after a short ferry ⛴️ trip, the pleasant clean sea air 🌬️. It is also famous because it was the location of Holmgång (a Viking medieval duel know as way to solve disputes) in some Nordic sagas. 🗡️🛡️ And you, have you ever explored some of these beautiful 20 island?
